The Stockland masterplanned community of Elara in NSW is already home to thousands of proud residents. Our brief was to capture authentic homeowner experiences that would inspire potential buyers to envision a life in this vibrant community.
Solution
Traditional video testimonials featuring real people often result in nervous or staged responses. To avoid this, we took a different approach by setting up a relaxed 'Big Brother'-style diary room, with just a camera and the crew stationed in another room. Instead of using an interviewer, we provided a series of question cards featuring the most common inquiries from potential homebuyers. This setup allowed the homeowners’ unique personalities to shine through, creating authentic, engaging, and informative insights.
