We were briefed to make Figtree Hill, Lendlease's most high-profile masterplanned residential community in NSW, the best option for customers looking to buy/invest in the Greater MacArthur Corridor.
Solution
Figtree Hill is a sustainable, all-electric community set in 20 hectares of lush, green vegetation, nature trails, bike paths and activated parks. With bigger lots, deeper backyards and less density, this really was an opportunity like no other. We wanted to convey that living here meant a whole lot more than buying a new house.

We positioned Figtree Hill as a World of Wonder, where anything is possible, where opportunity abounds and where a lifetime of adventure begins. This positioning combined with an illustrative brand toolkit enabled us to establish a really positive tone and deliver highly effective sales communications.
Results
Despite a stagnating housing market, within 6 months of launch, Stage One’s sell-out target of 300 homes had been achieved and the next Stages are now well underway.
