Challenge
Stockland Halcyon were launching their very first land lease community (LLC) in NSW. Due to a lack of LLCs in the state, the challenge was to change the perception from a retirement village, to a thriving community of people about to embark on their next chapter.
Solution
Making Halcyon Gables - situated in the desirable Hills’ District of Sydney - sound and feel unlike a retirement village was essential. To achieve this, we produced beautifully shot narratives from the architects and developers of the community and we crafted luxurious sales collateral, utilising premium stocks and gold foil.

Any association with retirement living was gone. Halcyon Gables looked and felt like a boutique community where people went to live and thrive.
Results
Halcyon Gables exceeded their initial sales target, with 50% of the first release sold within the first week.
